- Acquisitions – Yield-oriented and value-add investments in multi-tenant industrial property/business parks priced between $10 and $20 million in major and secondary markets located nationally.
- Yield-Oriented Investments – Well-located properties, 1980’s or newer construction, stabilized with no tenants occupying more than 20% of the rentable area of the property. The acquisition price will be well below the current replacement cost of the property.
- Value-Add Investments – Undervalued and underperforming, but fundamentally a sound asset that can be acquired at below replacement cost and benefit from hands-on leasing, asset management, capital/tenant improvements and value enhancement.
